Visits

Visits are allowed for an additional cost of $20 per person per day; up to a maximum of two people per unit. The cost includes facility usage and guests must vacate before 8:00 p.m.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in: From 4:00 p.m.

Check-out: Until 12:00 p.m.

Late Check-out

After 12:00 p.m., there will be an additional charge of $50.00 per hour or fraction of an hour. After 4:00 p.m., the charge equivalent to a full night will be applied. Late check-out is subject to availability and does not apply during peak season.

Early Check-in

You may arrive before the check-in time and use the facilities; however, we cannot guarantee access to the assigned unit before the stipulated time.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed for an additional nightly fee.

Payment Methods

Credit or debit cards, ATH Móvil, cash; we do not accept checks at check-in.

Parking

Parking for our guests is provided at no additional cost. However, visitors wishing to access the beach through our property may be provided parking for a predetermined fee. We are not responsible for any damages or lost items in your vehicles.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your stay 15 days before your arrival, a $25.00 service charge will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded within the next 15 days (Note: cash transactions are refunded by check). However, if you cancel within 14 days before your stay, you forfeit your deposit.

Date Change

You are allowed to change your date up to 15 days before your stay without any additional cost. However, by using this date change, you waive your right to the cancellation policy, so if you need to cancel or change the date on a future occasion, you would lose the already paid deposit.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms. There will be an additional charge of $150 if smoking is detected inside the room.
